We never take pride in removing people from the community. However, sometimes that's all we can do to ensure things are smooth for everyone involved. As a result, we encourage you take your ban appeal as serious as we will. After all, a poor appeal will only hurt your chances of having other (possibly better) appeals accepted!

Below is a list of general rules of thumb when it comes to writing your ban appeal. Please take the following into consideration when contacting us:

• Please only approach one moderator (it can be any of us) when wishing to start your appeal. All appeals are forwarded to the moderator chat for group consideration.

• Aim to be respectful. First impressions are important! While we don't judge appeals at face value, correct self-conduction can very much aid in showing us you've learned from past mistakes.

• Avoid short, substanceless appeals. It's hard to really judge intent and personal meaning behind an appeal if it's only a few sentences. Please do be as detailed as possible.

• Follow our format for ban appeals in the next section. It'll make it much easier for us to process your appeal as a result.

APPEAL FORMAT

While it's essential you keep the details of your appeal entirely personal, there's a few admin-related aspects to it that are important to add. Please follow this format when writing your appeal:

• Date your ban was issued (any format is fine).

• The name of the moderator who issued your ban.

• The reason that moderator gave for your ban.

• Your appeal.

Ultimately, just be honest and formal with your appeal. We want to accept you back into the community, all you need to do is show us why!
